The second time we went because I spotted PBLT's on the menu and had to try them - BLT's on baby biscuits with Pimento cheese. They were just as good as you think they are. :) Can't wait to make this so I can make my own at home. I usually make my own buttermilk biscuits but now since Trader Joe's makes them without any added nasties they're even CLOSER at hand. Mwhahaha!
