		<description>Thank you for posting this wonderful recipe.  It is not in Epicurious when I searched, and I wanted to share it with a friend.  I also had a congealed mess with the custard the first time, so that cake went to my coworkers, who never seem to mind when I bring in the failures.
The second time I made it all in one go, and it was heaven.  

After realizing this is basically a bavarian cream with angel food cake folded in the possibilities become endless.  Joy of Cooking has a Bavarian Cream recipe for strawberries that I usually use for a pie filling, but it should be amazing with this application.</description>
