		<description><![CDATA[They are similiar to butter cookies.  I remember them being more of a flat cookie with a slighlty crispy edge and chewy center.  I don&#039;t remember them being overly sweet.  They are very simple but had the most amazing taste.  Maybe more vanilla than butter cookie?]]></description>
