I was first brought here by the news that surrounded the Lego proposal that your fiance created and I have come to love your style and recipes. On to your question, I have learned to really salt my pasta water, after many years of wondering why my pasta dishes never really tasted right. After many episodes of cooking shows the lightbulb finally went off. Now, all my pasta dishes taste just taste better.
