Recipe: Chicken Marsala (via The Kitchn)

Chicken Marsala is such a crowd-pleaser, and it just got easier with my favorite secret ingredient. (Hint: it ain’t cornstarch!) Pair it with cheesy smashed potatoes and some veggies, and you’ve got the perfect weeknight meal.

Thank you very much for this great recipe. I would improve it a bit by adding a clove of garlic to it. I’ve been trying to live healthy for quite a long time and it’s good to see plenty of fresh and inspiring ideas on the internet.
